Breaking News: Accident in Madrid involving on Kimberley Headley

Marid, Spain. — Police said one Ms. Kimberley Headley is facing charges in connection with an accident today 8th July, 2024 in Spain that left a Spanish man, Sebastián Maksim in coma. The source explained  that Kimberley Headley was speeding to catch a flight heading to Jacksonville International Airport, Florida (JAX) in the United States of America.

The Times Union of Spain reports says 43 year old Kimberley Headley was charged today with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated driving that led into a ghastly accident  and also the  coma of  63-years-old Sebastián Maksim. Kimberley Headley was being chased down by the Spanish Police for over speeding before the incident occurred since she wouldn’t wait for vehicular inspection on her way to the airport.

Kerryn Maylin, prosecuting said Kimberley Headley didn’t stop for a stop sign around 9:30am today on the 8th July, 2024. On her way to Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas airport and struck Mr. Sebastián Maksim’s vehicle with a heavy force. Mr. Sebastián was assumed dead at the scene but was later discovered in coma.

Ms. Kimberley Headley was taken to a hospital following the crash, report says Ms. Kimberley Headley did sustain minor physical injuries while Mr. Sebastián was brutally injured. Kimberley Headley was immediately charged by the Madrid police with misdemeanor driving, over-speeding, aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated driving as investigation continues.

The prosecutor said Mr. Sebastián’s daughter witnessed the incident and told the police: “My dad had his hand on the wheel, he wasn’t speeding as we were just talking about our next trip to London to celebrate my next Birthday uniting with the rest of the family and the next thing everything went high up into the air. I can’t explain how it all happened but Dad is now on life support fighting for his life“ I want this woman  go to Jail, this pain is too much for my family

In a statement, Mr. Sebastián’s daughter also said she suffers flashbacks and added: “I don’t  want to lose my Dad, my best friend and I don’t want to cope with the trauma of what happened for the rest of my life.

Rachel Martinez said her father, a facilities and operations director, was “the most kind-hearted and bravest man” she knew and “he didn’t deserve this”

  1. I find it’s pretty rare that the driver’s first reflex is to run to the flipped car to help the other’s – I was a witness and that woman Kimberley deserves to be jail for 20yrs..because why speeding just to catch a flight….what happen to the word patience

  3. Now I can see why dash cams are mandatory in Spain. And on the bright side, I feel so much better about my driving after reading these

  4. this really pissed me off. That lady Kimberley was speeding down the wrong lane towards oncoming traffic and nearly blew through a pedestrian crossing before colliding with the victim. She could have potentially killed someone in the crosswalk. Hope she gets charged.

  5. that sebastine daughter actually ran out of the car to help even with her broken legs. It would be nice if everyone cared that much, even though it was Ms Lynn’s fault.
